Swagbucks

I am kind of going off topic but not really. I do swagbucks while crocheting. I know you can’t multitask but it helps me focus when doing a boring crochet part. I click a video in the watch section and have it going while counting my stitches. Then I turn around and turn the points into Walmart gift cards which I use to buy more yarn.

I wasn’t sure if it was worth it until I realized this week I had enough to get 4 hooks and 5 skeins of Simply Soft yarn.

I really wanted these but hate to spend money out of my budget.

I am also guilty of having my evernote account open when crocheting so I can write down ideas that seem to flow when doing boring work. Anybody else bad to multitask? How?

  1. Swagbucks.com is a place where you take surveys, watch videos, and do other things to earn points that you can turn into gift cards. I will watch videos while crocheting and then use the points for gift cards. If you are interested in joining just send me your email by email (LOL) and I will send you a link.

  2. I haven’t used Swagbucks for a couple of years (2012). I used to use it all the time for researching articles online. I too saved them up for Amazon to buy yarn and books and patterns. It’s a really easy way to do what you normally do and get a sweet reward.

  3. I tend to forget about swag bucks but I do like amazon gift cards. I may have to start back up. I like to listen to podcast while I crochet and have a terrible habit of getting lost on the internet if what I am doing isn’t challenging or interesting.

  4. I have not tried swag bucks….but it looks like something that might be beneficial to me. I am such a pen/paper kinda girl….so I have a stack of notebooks next to me that I am always jotting notes about new ideas while I am doing busy work.
